Bulit on decades of scientific proof for their health benefits, in 2023, Tai Chi and Qigong gracefully waltzed their way into the mainstream healthcare spotlight. Picture this: a dazzling global conference organized by the prestigious Harvard Medical School, dedicated entirely to the transformative powers of Tai Chi and Qigong for whole health. The September event, attended by a constellation of high-profile medical experts worldwide, illuminates the growing acceptance of these ancient practices as invaluable tools for enhancing overall wellness.

Harvard’s visionary initiative is not alone in recognizing the remarkable benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has taken a bold leap, integrating Tai Chi and Qigong instructors into their primary healthcare teams. This strategic move underscores a profound acknowledgment of the positive impact these practices can have on mental and physical health.

Riding on this tide, ATCQA is ramping up its efforts and releasing a series of enhanced services to Tai Chi/Qigong instructors and the public starting in December and continuing into 2024.
